It is plastic,very thick too so it will last!

Its plastic. Actually quite a hard plastic. Its also very big. But my son is small and he hasnt had a problem with it.

The teeball tee balls are plastic and lightweight.

I think its perfect for a child age 4- 5. My grandson is 3 1/2 and loves it and he plays with it like he is a lil pro.

Height is not adjustable, but it fits my 2-1/2yr old grandson who is average height perfectly, w/the ball on tee right about waist/bottom of ribcage high. He loves it. But soon we'll be moving on to the "Grow to Pro" setup where ball is popped up to hit. Is much better for hand/eye coordination in picking up moving ball with eyes to make contact w/bat.

I would not recommend this toy for a 4-5. It is made for a smaller child like a 2-3 year of age.

This would be excellent for a 4 or 5 year old. You can adjust it quite a bit for the height. Weigh it down, as it&#39;s very tipsy!

My 4 year old grandson was the right height for the toy. It is after all a BEGINNER set. Keep this in mind.

Well, I cannot answer how to get additional balls but I would suggest getting wiffle balls. I prefer to use wiffle balls over the balls the came with the set.

They sell sets of wiffle balls at most stores.

Brought this for a 16 month old toddler. He loves it and so does his dad :-). Easy to assemble. Will buy for other toddlers as a birthday or Christmas gift.

Love it

Got this for our son's third birthday. He's been raving about baseball and now wants to go outside to play all the time. I appreciate the strength of the plastic, it isn't the thin kind that's easy to dent. Holds up really well. Great value for price, your toddler will love it.

My toddler loves it!

Purchased for my 2 year old granddaughter she is hitting like a pro.  This is a great starter set for kids be prepared to run after balls and bend down a hundred times playing with this, but it's so fun. A couple of tries and very quickly they're hitting that ball and can't get enough. We can't go in the back yard without playing with this. It's great exercise for them and you.

Perfect outside activity for kids

I just love this toy.  I bought one from the store for my house, then I had this one delivered to my mom's house so the boys could have one there too.  
P.S.  It doesn't hurt too bad when you get hit by this baseball.

Love this toy

My daughter was using a broom and a random ball to imitate this set. So I surprised her one evening and bought it for her. I took her to the park and she had a ball! Lol get it? We are in quarantine right now but she still enjoys it indoors. It's easy to assemble that my daughter does it on her own. My son who is younger is finding interest in assembling too. Fun and entertaining set

My 2 year old loves this toy! She plays with it everyday as soon as she wakes up. It's the perfect height, and it doesn't topple over even if she hits the stand.

with inflation the way it's been going we were worried about my sons gift this year. we knew he wanted something for playing outside but struggled finding something that wasn't expensive or something he already had. This toy was the PERFECT find, inexpensive and keeps him active.

Awesome for the price!

This is a classic t-ball toy. I've never tried the hanging thing to store it but looks like a neat idea. The bat has changed since years past, as the old one used to have a flat side to keep it from rolling and to also help with hitting. Now they're completely round. It is a great tool to help learn hand/eye coordination. 4 of my 5 children have had this and I just got my granddaughter this for Easter!

All my kids love this!

I haven't opened the toy yet as it's a Xmas gift but this is how my package was delivered, in an oversized box and opened. Completely unacceptable.
