How many total ports are on this machine?  I wish Walmart would specify this in the description, this is important information.

My 2 Acer Chromebooks will stop receiving updates this month (September, 2021). What is the end of updates for this model?

This is my 2nd Acer Chromebook purchase.
Was looking at other brands but since I was happy with the first one I had bought, I decided to stick with another Acer, 
Wouldn't had to purchase another BUT my cat was being demanding attention, so he pushed it off my lap.
Glad I found that an Acer Military Standard with impact-resistant body in case the little bratty furball decides to center of attention again.

Recommend for people with spoiled Cats.

So far this has been a great product. I homeschool my children and the majority of their work is done online. The last Chromebook we had, didn't stand up to the constant movement and activity that my kids were doing so it was time to get new Chromebooks. I found this one and thought it would be perfect for them as the video attached to the description photos indicated that the Chromebook could be converted into Tablet form. Unfortunately when they arrived, we sadly discovered that they video was misleading and they can't be converted into Tablet form. We stuck with them though as they appeared to be rather durable and might be able to withstand traveling better than any other options. I'd definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a good durable Chromebook.

Was a gift and they love the fact how easy it's to use

I love this Chromebook! Got if for my son's virtual schooling. He adores it! It came well packaged and in two days time! It was easy to set up and very fast! Very durable and strong. I would recommend anyone to get this.

It's frustrating if you aren't used to trackpad navigation but simple if you watch a few of the YouTube videos. The battery life seems short but will probably improve after removing some unwanted apps and modifying settings. Will probably just ask the grandkids to fix since they all have them for school. That had a lot to do with selecting a Chromebook. Be aware of what operating system your laptop will use.

I was disappointed in the package that you sent to me the computers were sliding around in the box. I sure hope they work. Of Christmas is not going to be fun.

Super slow processing. The laptop is 24 inches but the screen itself is a lot less. The color resolution is not vibrant. If you want a cheap small laptop. This is the one.

Black Friday Deal ($99)

It worked fine until yesterday the 24th of September I pugged it in to charge and It will not turn on. I only used it 3 times. BOOOO BO

There's no type of programs or anything on it, just google and chrome. You have to download apps for everything!
