how many critters come with this set? It looks like several, but in the amazon version of this, it looks like there is just 1?

Its very cute. My 4 year old granddaughter loved it. It does not come with any accessories, you have to buy those separately.

Great item for price point.  Very large house with tons of space to put multiple toys in.  My 9 year old put it together on her own very simple

Dream House for my daughter

This set doesn't come with any furniture or accessories but that was fine because we planned to use it as a Calico Critter Mansion rather than a shopping mall but I liked that it was more versatile.  It's easy to put together and well made like all Calico Critter items.  The details are very charming and there are less stickers than usual.  You can configure it in a few different ways which is fun.  My daughter likes the elevator and how fancy it looks.  It folds up nicely for storage.  Like all Calico Critters accessories, it isn't cheap but Walmart had the best price by far.

Such a beautiful and huge set. I really do enjoy how big it is. It has plenty of room for all of my favorite Calico Critters to shop.

I didn't read close enough to the description.  I thought it came with all the accessories.  I feel the price is just too much for what it is (plastic building).  It also requires you to purchase all the critters and store furniture and accessories separately.  This toy has no play value with out purchasing other sets.
