Affordable and comfortable office chair with smooth rollers and soft cushions.  Arm rests are padded as well.  Easy construction that takes about 15min. Sits a little high on the lowest setting.

Very affordable high back office chair

The arms on the chair are held on by bolts that are too short. I bought 2 chairs and had the same problem with both chairs. One bolt on each chair had a problem of completely seating. Now the arms are not near as tight as they should be. The arms are plastic and do not mount very tight. How they will hold up over time is hard to say. You must be very careful when installing the bolts. The bolts are way too short and only around 1/4 inch of the bolt is actually holding the arms in place which is not enough. I bought some longer bolts and will replace the ones that came with the chairs. The correct size bolts you will need are Metric M8-1.25 x 50. The chairs are very comfortable and well padded. The fake leather is very soft to the touch. The lumbar back support works well. They do recline which is a big plus.

Very comfortable but with flimsy arms.

Chair quality is excellent. Had a very rough time to assemble it specially arm rest. Still unable to fix it properly after 3 hours spending. The instruction could been better. Overall I liked this chair.

Nice chair but not very good assembly.

Instructions are a little difficult to follow.  Kinda have to guess on which size screws go where and screws were hard to catch onto the threads.  However overall, chair looks great, is comfortable and has several sitting options (leans back, goes up/ down and swivel).

Recommend

I took a chance on this chair, since it was completely unreviewed. But I couldnt beat the price point. When I took the parts out of the box, they admittedly had a very strong factory odor. Plus, the directions were clearly translated to English from some other language- but that wasnt the worst part. The instructions were NOT very clear, the picture diagrams werent very descriptive or anything.... All in all, I figured it out and Im sure you will too. One of the arms was pretty hard to get on, but I got it eventually. Its quite comfortable and the reclining feature is really nice. The chair is good. Building it was just a little frustrating.

The left arm does not screw into the base as the base of the chair hole where the screw connects from the arm, is stripped. We can not secure the arm to the base of the chair.

Broken Part

chair is nice, fairly comfortable. one of arms was had to put on. I have had it for over a year. under the arm it has started to pull apart. sometimes it fill like I am slated forward.  Fair for price

only gave chair 3 stars because only used 3months the wheels started to brake apart after first month I changed out broken wheels with wheels off another chair but eventually the part were wheel goes in broke off fram:( this is a very comfortable chair I loved it but just sucks it comes with cheap wheels and bad base were wheels go in...

This chair, while being comfortable when you sit down, also wobbles in every direction as the skinny hydraulic lift is the only point of contact. It says it supports up to almost 300 lbs and, while I am 6 foot 4 ~270lbs, when I lean back at all, that chair under me starts crackling as if the seat bottom is about to break. Its comfortable if you are just looking for a chair to sit on and not move in any direction but if you like to recline at all, or even shift at all (its wobbly), you would be better off getting a sturdier chair elsewhere.

Not as stable as I would like

AWFULLLLL! First, i only chose this specific chair because it said it'd arrive quickly but it was delayed. THEN, i get the whole thing put together and notice it has a tear in the side of it!! Now, I'm stuck between keeping the chair with a rip in it which is obviously not made with good materials OR having to disassemble it, repackage it, and have it shipped or dropped off for my refund. Both options, I do not want to do!!!!!!
