there are posts on the bottom legs for adding weights for stability-- placing plate weights on top to keep the stand weighted down. But I haven't found it necessary. I am 5'2" female using a 100lb bag and my husband is 6'2" and we haven't had to add weights to keep the stand stable, it seems to be doing fine as it is.

No, they do not bolt to the floor. Instead they sit on the floor and include 3 pegs. 1 on each side and 1 in the back, you are to purchase weights to put on these pegs to hold the stand in place. It is rather steady for the most part but if you plan to be hard hitting you will need weights.

No... but! maybe if i did do that to my deck.. It would aid in stability! it wobbles some when u get crazy on it... so i bungied the bottom of the heavey bag to the arms on the bottom...to keep it from siwing to hard and maken it rock

No, bolts are not required. I do however, strongly recommend purchasing the extra weights that can be placed on the bottom of the frame. Without these additional weights, the frame has a tendency to "rock" with a hard hit to the punching bag.

Do the stands for the punching bags have to be bolted to the floor?

It the stand only. Note: The item will be included,if its in the picture,unless its otherwise stated. So, if its not in the picture its not included.

Stand only. No bags, it does come with a hook for the heavy bag that bolts in, and the needed hardware for the speed bag. It has 2 brackets to help with swinging on the bottom that I personally used bungee cords to stabilize my heavy bag.

stand assembly only. go on amazon or academy if your looking for a specific type of bag (MMA/etc.), other wise a general use bag can be bought at wal mart

Yes course i recommend you this product it's very easy to assemble. Im having a great workout with this product it's great you won't regret the purchased.

Does this come with the bags? Or, is this only the stand?

The stand 'feet' are in the way. Not to mention you will probably need weight plates to put on the rods to keep it from getting knocked over and in place if you're kicking it.

My husband uses this stand and seems to work around the feet pretty well. They are a little in the way it seems to me...but I don't use the punching bag. So far my husband has used it every day and really enjoys the workout.

Yes, I placed it in a room with plenty of space. I mainly box in front of it and slightly left and right.

The feet do tend to get in the way, but once you learn where they are it is not a major issue. This is common to most all freestanding bag stations and most are well acclimated to the issue after a few sessions.

you can work out about 300 degrees around the bag with the back bar getting your way. You would have to step over the 3 or 4 inch tubes that are on the floor.

Can you work around the bag or do the feet of the stand get in your way?

Good quality. Use your own tools for faster assembly. Have a 100lb bag on it and it's holding nicely. Do use 2-3 45 lb plates on legs for stability

Training Zone

Great package with bag thats filled and training gear to go with it. The only negative is the lack of proper boxing gloves l. The bag gloves are pretty useless in my opinion. But other than that i like the color and went well with the white bag stand i got.

Great punching bag

I had to return it for a replacement because of damage (main post had small dent but made it so it would not fit together)  but once I got the new one it went together quick and easy.

Well let's say it is working fine but even with a fairly good condition of the box there was damage to the product.

Price was very reasonable and overall I'm satisfied but the damage prevents me from going past a 3 star rating.
Assembly was a breeze.

Could have been better....

I was really looking forward to getting this stand and when it came all the bolts and instructions were missing.  Walmart indicated they would call me in 3 hours when I reached out to them via the chat.  I can't believe this.

these semi unintelligent people can't even quality check their product before it goes out. something this expensive you would think should be checked to be sure the bolt holes are at least drilled through.
